Two years ago I weighed 220 pounds and was at over 20% body fat. I was also smoking a pack of cigarettes a day and drinking a 30 pack of beer on the weekends. I was unhappy and unhealthy and realized it was time for a change. I began exercising and eating right and since that time I have dropped to 175 pounds at 11.1% body fat and I’m only getting started. I’ve learned so much about life, success, and failure along the way and I want to share it with others. If I help just one person in this life then I am making the world a better place.
